Is the new patented folding system that can be positioned in line with the pit stop creasing machines. This allows working with paper and cardboard up to 600 g ensuring a perfect crease and fold without the cracking of the spine fibres, deforming of the paper, board and cardboard

The exit conveyor belt is equipped with special roller system ensuring accurate handling and pressing of the material without damaging the print.
When run Online to a D2HSPEED it is particularly suitable for finishing the "legs" of desk calendars (Thumb Punching, 3 creasing, folding and wiro punching).

Used Online to a Pitstop DGLINE the EASY FOLD is ideal for creasing and folding of digital prints for the production of photo books.
The addition of a universal interface allows all existing pit stop and DGLINE machines to be run in line using the EASY FOLD with minimal operator intervention giving a fully flexible finishing solution.
